PayPal is the accepted form of payment. Buyers in Brazil, please feel free to contact me for alternative forms of payment.
Payment via PayPal is due immediately an order is placed. If payment is not submitted within 3 days, the transaction will be canceled. Please contact me if there are any issues with payment so we can work it out together.
A 50% deposit is required for custom work, which will be forfeit in case of non-payment of the full price.
Shipping
Since all items are handmade, orders are shipped within 5 business days (silver and copper items) or 10 business days (gold items).
Item(s) are shipped by international priority mail (estimated shipping time: 2 weeks for USA and Europe), with tracking and delivery confirmation. Item(s) can be sent by FedEx or similar services for an additional fee - please contact me for an estimate before buying.
Item(s) will be shipped to the address linked to your PayPal account, unless previously arranged otherwise.
Item(s) are shipped from Brazil and buyer is responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties applicable.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please let me know.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery, minus shipping charges. Please contact me before any returns.
Item(s) are guaranteed for workmanship for 90 days, except in case of gross mishandling. After that period, I will be happy to do any repairs or modifications that may be needed, but a small charge may be applied.
If a custom order is cancelled after work has begun, the deposit will be forfeit.

All item(s) are created by hand and may have slight variations. Different monitors may show colours slightly differently.
I am happy to do custom work. Please contact me so we can work on the perfect piece for you.
Some rings can be resized and this is noted on the listing. If this is necessary, please let me know before shipping. After item(s) are shipped, I will resize any ring that can be resized for free, but buyer is responsible for shipping to and from my studio.
If you want a chain longer/shorter or in a different style, please contact me for alternative (this may imply additional cost).
